CTU ‘Fair Pay is on its way’ Roadshow!

Fair Pay Agreement Lunch ‘n Learn sessions:

As part of our national FPA roadshow, we have an important education opportunity for union workplace leaders, members, and workers across Aotearoa.

We are holding community education sessions at different venues across the country starting Thursday October 27th.

This one-hour lunchtime education workshop is directed at workers in the following sectors and industries being targeted for a Fair Pay Agreement (FPA):

• Security
• Early childhood education
• Hospitality
• Buses
• Cleaning
• Supermarkets

With our new FPA law coming into effect in (December) this year, this session will help people:

• Understand what an FPA will achieve for their industry
• What will be in them
• How they will work
• How they are negotiated
• Participants will leave the workshop knowing how to sign up fellow workers to support their union’s efforts to initiate for an FPA in their sector before the end of this year.
